Time to Be United for ALL JTOs/SDEs with recruitment year 1989 onwards

Dear All

As all of us knows that our future growth in BSNL has reached at dead
end. In present scenario no body is caring for us. Management is
taking care of BSNL recruited JTOs. All the promotional avenues are
formed in keeping their growth only. One day an JTO recruited today
will become DGM but we will be still SDE/DE under him.
Our associations taking care of only those peoples who are sitting on
the bunch of retirement because our leaders at national level are also
falling in that class so the result is only Ad hoc to regular STS
promotion. Actually they done this only for their individual benefit
We should ask to these peoples when management has called their
suggestions on Group A RRs, why they have not made any consensus among
their members before giving any reply to management

They take only care of either themselves or executives of CIVIL/
Electrical/architectural wing .
That is why they are pleading for marks relaxation in LDCE for civil
wing.
Any body knows that A Special supplementary qualifying cum competitive
exam for JTO to SDE promotion was held in Sept-2003 for the posts for
the year 1994 to 23 July 1996.
In this exam against 2300 posts, only about 150 candidates are passed
and promoted and get seniority benefit of about 10 years. ( I have
some very valuable information regarding this exam under RTI)
But our leaders never discussed the reasons for such a low pass %age.
and never take up the issues for relaxation or second chance for this
exam.
Also nobody knows the fate of unfilled vacancies till date.

Our leaders are leading only peoples which are on retirement or
executives of CIVIL/Electrical/architectural wing .
