MT recruitment

There are no need for MT in BSNL since already highly qualified and
experienced JTO/SDE are available .MT means ADT (there are no
difference between ADT and MT ) and after MT recruitment same things
will happened which already we all are facing (join as JTO and retired
at SDE level) there are only one cadre in BSNL/DOT which getting
only one promotion in whole life.
According to me there should be only one entry at executive level as
a JTO ( there are no need for MT /DGM recruitment ) if there
are compulsory why it is at DGM level why not at GM level ????
our Association AIBSNLEA/SNEA not taking any action against it so
new association should be formed and for immediate relief we should
taken legal action against MT/DGM so we are some executive of
uttranchal /up west going in court for legal action against it .

Dear all
In punjab we are also planning legal action very soon.we should not
only stop this MT & DGM RECRUITMENT but also regularization of ad hoc
to STS because this is main grass root cause of betrayal by our
associations.
