All members are requested to send and spread these informations among
other colleagues in

his/her own Circle as well as in other Circles to their batch mates
and other known DR DOT JTO

so that to make all such officers aware of this urgently care needed
issue. Time is passing fast

and the move seems still slow as in any case the recruitment of both:
MT as well as DGM is to

be stopped at any cost which is possible only when a joint & strong
roaring voice will be sent to

dump BSNL Management. Merely visiting the discussion board and keeping
mum will never serve

our purpose. We have to add and update our valuable suggestions/
informations on this location

& should try to send the message among mass strength of cadre i.e. DR
DOT JTO.


So awake and get prepare for struggle for your carrier growth and
survival of BSNL.

Dear All,
It seems that the matter of relaxation of eligibilties condtions for
internal candidates in MT recruitment, is not getting any progress on
association front. So we should gear up for legal fight against these
MT rules and to make the final plan, it is suggested to organise a
meeting in Sec 34A on 23-09-2009.
All the members from chandigarh are requested to get in touch with
each other to finalise the meeting timing and further plan.
Early action is necesrary to stop MT recruitment as closing date for
applying for exam is 14-09-2009.
Other members are also requested to gear up the matter in their
areas.

Dear all,
    Since our leadership has betrayed us & is acting as a puppet in the hands of ITS lobby we should adopt the way of these ITS officers, i.e., move court with the agreement of promotions BSNL management signed with us at the time of absorption. ITS have very successfully used this method to prolong there deputation in BSNL. We should not anymore depend upon our selfish leadership & collect money to proceed to court. We should also approach BSNL management that when these ITS are sitting on all the managerial posts then what is the need of more external class-I officers. The need may arise if these ITS decide to leave BSNL. At that time seniors officers from our rank may be promoted to handle BSNL & then BSNL management may decide the extent to which external recruitment is needed. Till then we should not allow the management to recruit either MTs or DGMs externally at any cost. If needed be we should also not allow management to disburse 60% IDA/CDA arrears even if that means forgoing our own arrears for the time being. This will definitely send a strong signal to the management.
