Dear All,

You might have already seen this information and taken care of it but just in case if you missed this is for your information only (see link below).

You may consider to pre-pay your 2018 property taxes in 2017. Taxes have to be assessed and paid in 2017 to take advantage of the provision. Starting in 2018 the deductions are limited up to $10,000.
You may want to check with your tax adviser/accountant as it may not benefit every tax situation.
