I am shocked & surprised to read again and again the politics you are playing to ruin the image of BSNA. We had & have better expectations from you. 

You supported the formation of an independent 

sub-committee to investigate any wrong doing in the election, and then refuse to accept the decision of the committee & the board, blaming that the term of some of the board members had expired and they were not eligible to vote, only because the voting did not go in your favor. Dr. Shri Kant grow up and hand over the charge gracefully to Bharat Mohla.

 

Let BSNA grow and achieve it's Vision, Mission & Goal.

Dear BSNA Members,

My EC team is excited to take over BSNA for term of Jan 2016-2018. I have started working with my EC team to prepare the agenda and future plans of action. Please send my any suggestions you may. I will be working with all chapter presidents to prepare future plan.  As part of the transition process I contacted outgoing president Dr. Shri kant Mishra and request you to start the process of smooth transition.  So far Dr. Shri Kant has refused to transition any of the above requested information.

As you all know we had an election announcement and NEC was established. There were 2 candidates I (Bharat Mohla) and Dr Keshav Shukla Ji. We both met all the guide lines as per laid down by outgoing EC.  On sept 11^th at 7:35 AM (PST) Dr Keshav Ji sent a mail to NEC and withdrew his name (withdrawal letter attached) As I was the only candidate left and I was declared elected (NEC Announcement attached) .  Later on Dr Keshav Ji re-tracked his decision and complained to BOT. BOT as per Dr. Keshav Ji’s request constituted a fact finding committee of 4 BOT members. On Oct 24^th, 2015 BOT subcommittee submitted their report and ratified my election and rejected Dr. Keshav Ji’s complaint.

I Joined BSNA in 1999 since then I  have been very active member and have always supported BSNA. In 2012 when I was asked to withdraw my name in favor for current president Dr Shri Kant  ji, I did that in the interest of BSNA and Brahman community. In 2015 when NEC was announced, before Filing my papers I contacted Dr.  Keshav Ji and offered him to join my team. But he refused and showed arrogance.  During the election process, Keshav ji withdrew his name (withdrawal letter attached). Keshav Ji filed a complaint to BOT and BOT appointed a fact finding committee and this committee upheld my election ( Committee Report attached.)

I request all BSNA members to standup for Brahman community and save the organization against  the unlawful actions of outgoing BSNA president in order to resolve this matter. If needed, I will go to the Court of Law to save the Brahman community from such sorry state of affairs. We all need to unite and do good to Brahmans rather than destroying the credibility of BSNA.
