Further instruction for Divya Darshan and Blessings – October 4th, 2015 – Colden Auditorium
AS SOON AS YOU ARRIVE PLEASE COLLECT YOUR FREE TICKETS AT CAFETERIA:
Your registration on the website must be exchanged for a free ticket at Armstrong cafeteria. This ticket will allow you to enter the Colden Auditorium and assign a seat number to you. Please give yourself enough time to get your ticket. You must keep your ticket with you at all times. You will need your ticket for the blessings.
NO RE-ENTRY:
Once you enter the auditorium you cannot leave as there is a NO RE-ENTRY policy.
PLEASE RESPECT GURUDEV:
Out of respect for Gurudev please remain seated when he enters the auditorium. Do not enter and stand in the aisles. Only our volunteers will be in the aisles.
ACCESSIBILITY:
There is an elevator in the adjacent building, The Aaron Copland School of Music. Enter the Music School via Reeves Ave, and take the elevator to the 2nd floor. The exit leaves you across the way from the Colden Lobby.
REGISTRATION CLOSES AT 2:30:
As we are nearing our capacity and expect to be close to full if not full by Sunday. Tickets are being given out on a first come, first serve basis and those not registered may have to wait until all the registered people arrive before they can get their tickets. With the expected rainy weather, please give yourself extra time to allow for parking and registering. DON'T WAIT UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE AS YOU MAY NOT BE PERMITTED TO ENTER THE AUDITORIUM.

There is ample of street parking (please pay attention to signs so that you can avoid being ticketed )and two parking lots,. There is also a paid parking garage at the corner of Melbourne Avenue & Kissena Boulevard operated by the student union. Your Registration:
You are pre-registered for the event and your complimentary tickets are reserved. You will be able to collect your actual seating ticket at the Armstrong cafeteria starting at 12:30 PM this Sunday October 4th.
On Site Tickets:
You will be entering at 153-49 Reeves Avenue, Flushing, NY 11367. Please go to the Armstrong cafeteria with a red awning and we will also have signs and volunteers to guide you. Tickets will be distributed on a first come, first serve basis. Enjoy light snacks after you collect your tickets. Please note that everyone in your team must be present to receive tickets and be able to sit together. We just need your last and first name to look you up. By 2:30 PM if you are not there your seats will be given up.
Non-Hindi speaking attendees:
We have arranged for simultaneous translation of Pujya Gurudev’s talk and all you need is your fully charged cell phone. You will be provided a headset (to be returned after the event) and a phone number to call with an access code. Please note that this call may be chargeable depending upon your telephone company policy. Many weekend calls are free.
Auditorium:
From the cafeteria to the auditorium there will be signs and volunteers to guide you. Each person will have an assigned seat with seat number. Seating in the auditorium starts at 1:30 PM and program will start at 2:30 PM. Late comers will be allowed only if seats are available. Once you enter the auditorium there is a NO RE-ENTRY policy.
Blessing:
Each person will be individually blessed by Gurudev after the discourse. Your row will be called one-by-one and after you have been blessed you will leave by the side door and once you leave you cannot re-enter the building.
Post Program Prasad or Dinner:
We will be back in the Armstrong cafeteria where a vegetarian meal will be served
