methdiff.py

I am trying to use methdiff.py (two groups comparison of three samples each group) but it gives me an file with just the header (cr, start, end, p_value.....)

I used both .bam and .bsp format file for methratio.py

I have python 2.7.6 on a Linux64 platform with Ubuntu 14.04.

I tryed also to use the -r option = 0.01 and the CG context in a 100 bp window

What can be the problem?
