Terms and conditions:

·  The distributor is required to pay Rs. 500 (USD 10.7( USD 10 + Paypal charges ) for Non Resident Indian or foreigner paying by Paypal).

·  Payment once made is not refundable.

·  If any person's ID is disqualified due to non payment of the subscription fees, then the sales commission generated after his disqualification is distributed to one more level above that person. That means, we are distributing the sales commission to activated 13 levels and thus we are not keeping the sales commission of unqualified persons with us. That sales commission is distributed to the upline automatically.

·  The distributor has to renew the subscription every year.

·  The distributor will receive same commission from the renewal payments of the downline.

·  The sales commission earned will be paid by direct transfer to the account after 10% deductions of income tax ( TDS certificate for the same will be provided ) and processing charges of 5 % upto withdrawal of Rs 500, Rs 50 for withdrawal of Rs 501 to Rs 200000 and Rs 100 for withdrawal above Rs 200000.

·  The sales commission earned will be processed on 1st of every month automatically subject to the minimum of Rs 100 (Rs one hundred only)

·  One can also give the request to withdraw the income earned at any time. It will take around 24 to 48 working hours to process the request. But the applicable income tax and processing charges will be deducted.

·  One can take multiple ID's in same name but those ID's should not be in the fashion one below the other. If it is observed that some one has taken the ID's one below the other and he/she is working on only last ID, then all of his/her ID's except one will be disqualified.

·  All the ID's are monitored on the daily basis to avoid such incidences, but do mail us if you come to know about any such ID or even if you have doubt on any.

·  For an NRI or foreigner, TDS (Tax Deduction at Source) will be 20% and processing charges of 5 % will be deducted from the payout. The payout will be credited to the Paypal account of the user given in the account details and the INR USD conversion rate will be as per the value given on http://in.finance.yahoo.com/ at the time of payout.

·  Any person staying in India can not take the commission through Paypal. Only bank transfer is allowed in such case.
