Indeed, all the symptoms you described are correct in my case.
Especially the "ghungroo" sound.
I will get the dealer to align and lubricate the chain.
I have a related question - I notice that the chain is touching the
plastic - this happens at the top side.. it is almost like the chain
is easily resting on the long plastic underneath. Is that by design?
Or should there be gap between chain and the plastic?
