VPN timing out

Hi everyone,

I've been trying to connect to the VPN but it seems to time out. Is it offline?

Hi Alvaro,

Yes, it looks like it’s offline – this happens occasionally. Rebooting the server has got it back up in the past.

Maybe we should look at the logs to see if there’s a proper fix for this. I’ll have a chat with Steve H tomorrow.

Hi Alvaro,

I just checked again this morning and the VPN server is now connecting OK. I can see on the camera that there is someone in the space, maybe they have restarted it.
