Looking for a website/CSS consultant

A buddy of mine is looking for some help ...

 

I think initially I need somebody to walk through the website with me and assess what works and what doesn’t work design wise and for me to point out my pain points, and then help with the CSS so that it is consistent.

It could be a combo of design people and architecture type. I think it would mostly be some up front consulting and then contracted fixing of background architecture mainly. Then spot consulting in years going forward as needs change. But I’ll keep doing all the content updating.

Remote work is a possibility as well.
