Update of Mono related stuff

Hi!

I have just committed my work on Mono in the Google subversion
repository.

The main issue is mono-tools that does not compile (mono-tools-1.2.6
against mono-1.2.6 nor mono-tools-1.9 against mono-1.9).

As a consequence, any port depending on mono-tools has not been tested
with mono-1.2.6 nor mono-1.9.

Failing ports:
banshee-1.0.0
beagle-0.3.8
greent-0.9.1_5
mono-tools-1.2.6
mono-tools-1.9

There is still a lot of work for having everything working, some ports
need OPTIONS.

I'll not be here for a few days, but will happy to read feedbacks when I
am back!
