Dear Students
pls find attached the file containing the Mother sauces and their respective derivatives along with the uses.

The TY  BA IHM students please go through it. Tomorrow in the lecture you should be able to answer the following: -

1. Six Mother Sauces and at least 05 derivatives of each.
2. Soup Classification and 03 examples of each types of soups classified.
3. 10 International Soups 
4. Suggested garnishes 

The TY BSc students must go through the attached files. I will be visiting your class any time this week for the above answers.
