Hey all-
How've you been? It's been a while. I miss you.
We should hang out. I'm thinking Wed 1/8 @weegees.
Tom Kersten will be there. I think he wanted to talk to you about restful API things.
At seven thirty or eight o'clock I think.
I was thinking of having a general progressive enhancement/fat client/mobile first chat until then.
You know something about how they aren't exclusive and work really cool together. Maybe eager loading too.

I have a question, though. Is everyone using HTML5 data? I've been managing my javascript objects with data instead of selectors and it's been fantastic. If this is something that people are interested in, I can do a lightning talk on it.

I'm a huge fan of data attributes. Especially for things like event tracking.

I'd like to hear from everyone how/if they're using data. It seems to be extremely flexible and I'm sure there's more to it.

I've been using -data attributes before it became fashionable ;)
Try local storage. For example in spinejs, all it takes is inclusion of one mixin essentially
@extend Spine.Model.Local
and you get that model in local storage. Then you change browser, once you get used to it and freak out, 'where is my data!' .
