We have the pleasure of inviting you to submit your scientific work for the 12^th International Conference on Business Management (ICBM 2015) which is organized by the Faculty of Management Studies & Commerce, University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka.  The conference will be held on 7^th and 8^th December 2015 at the BMICH in Colombo and at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka respectively. The theme of the conference is ‘Future Sustainability, Governance and Ethics’, which focuses on a vital issue in the current context of both corporate and public sector organizations.
