Dear Dr. P.G. Wijayarathna,

Organizing committee would like to convey their sincere appreciation to your contribution as a reviewer and member of Technical Program Committee to make the ICTer 2014 as a successful International Conference during 10^th to 13^{th of} December 2014 at BMICH and University of Colombo School of Computing (UCSC).

We are glad to inform you that we have successfully completed the ICTer2014 conference during 10^th to 13^th of December 2014 with 10 foreign and 186 local participants. There were 5 keynotes speeches, 4 invited talks, 38 paper presentations and 22 posters at the main conference. In addition to the conference there were 7 tutorials and workshops that were held as pre and post conference events.

15^th ICTer Conference will take place on 24th Monday and 25th Tuesday, August 2015 at BMICH, Colombo in conjunction with the 8th International Conference on Ubi-Media Computing (UMEDIA2015). In addition to the presentation of the selected papers, several keynote addresses by leading personalities in the IT world will be made. The conference will also include post-conference high quality tutorials/workshops on 26th Wednesday, August 2015 in areas of current interest in Information and Communication Technology. ICTer2015 conference will focus on important problems and potential solutions in areas of ICT. As the same, we expect your valuable contribution to make it a successful international conference.
