Greetings:

Time to schedule our rehearsal -- Hoedown style!

Steve:  Let me know what days we can rehearse in the studio, and I will tabulate the responses.

So far we have:  Tim, Paul, Jim, Susan, Joe, Dylan, Casey, Dan L on drums -- maybe Ben too!

Steve?  Dan P.?

As I recall, it is Wed/Thurs. but we need the OK from Steve, or to arrange at another venue with a piano/place for drums.  As Wed. 18th is tomorrow, how about:

Thursday, 19th
Wed.,  25th
Thursday, 26th (NOTE:  this is the _night before_ the Hoedown!

Sounds like we get BBQ the same as last year, too!

Dear BSBB:

Please let me know if you can make the Addison Hoedown this year -- the gig is Friday, September 27, 2013.  I just found out, so I'm asking you now about your availability.

We'll try to have at least one rehearsal, at Steve's if it's OK with him (thanks again, Steve!).

No need to 'reply all' you can respond to me and I will tabulate.

Regards, Tim

PS Dylan and Patrick:  you probably have a Paly Football game that night, just double checking!

OOPS -- My apology:  this was a 'cut/paste' from last year -- THIS year, 2013, we will have Susan at the piano, as usual!!  Thank you, Susan C.!!!

Actually, the 'dance music' section is the Polka music:  Chicken Polka, etc. has it covered ;-) we may move some of them up in the playlist...
