Dear BSBB:

Please let me know if you can make the Addison Hoedown this year -- the gig is Friday, September 27, 2013. I just found out, so I'm asking you now about your availability.

We'll try to have at least one rehearsal, at Steve's if it's OK with him (thanks again, Steve!).

No need to 'reply all' you can respond to me and I will tabulate.
