This is to inform you all, while submitting the documents as a soft copy such as Thesis, Synopsis etc., the following "Name Code" should be used :
RRN_First name of the scholar_Department_Document
Example :
RRN : 230813104001
Name : Mr. N.Joseph Antony
Department : Pharmacy (use first 3 to 4 letters of the dept. name)
Document : Thesis
230813104001_ Joseph_Pharm_Synopsis
230813104001_ Joseph_Chem_Synopsis
230813104001_ Joseph_Eng_Thesis after Evaluation
230813104001_ Joseph_Civ_Thesis
230813104001_ Joseph_Phy_Thesis
230813104001_ Joseph_SLS_Thesis
You are requested to avoid “after editing”, “after scrutiny”, “revised”, “full thesis”, etc.,
