Hey Scouts and parents. This saturday at 9 o clock in the morning at Otis' friend Dr. Najera's house, Nick and hopefully some of the scouts will be retiring a bunch of flags to finish up Nick's eagle project. If you can make it, please come to help. Many hands make light work. I'll hope to see you there!

Dr Art Najera, a friend of Otis Calef's, has made arrangements to have the flag burning at White Oak Campground tomorrow.  The original plan was to have the burn on his property, but fire department has stated that tomorrow is a "no burn day" in the front country.  This is important to Dr Najera and he is taking this very seriously (all three of his sons are Eagle Scouts apparently).

We understand that this is very last minute.  But arrangements have been made not by us but by a volunteer interesting in helping the troop.  So, if you are able to attend, please meet at 8am at the corner of Foothill Rd and Ontare Rd.  White Oak is about 30 or 40 minutes away.

please call us if you plan to attend. our home number is 967-4147

George Scarvelis, for Nicholas
