Summer Camp Medication Administration Record

Good morning,
Attached is the Summer Camp
Medication Administration Record which needs to be filled out if your Scout
needs to take any medications during camp. Troop adults will accompany Scouts to the
Nurse's site and monitor the taking
of prescriptions.
The attached form can be filled out
using Adobe Reader and submitted with
the medications on Thursday at the troop meeting, Saturday at
the loading of equipment, or Sunday as
the Troop departs for camp. The sooner the better!
Please
list the medications in the order in which they are given so
that all breakfast meds are together and all supper meds are
together as well. I can tell you that this organization is a
big help to the troop adult who is monitoring the administration
of meds.
