Upcoming Scout Meetings and Summer Camp Deposits

Good afternoon.

We have made the decision to cancel Boy Scouts for the next two weeks - March 18 and March 25. We will resume Boy Scouts on April 1, pending any other notifications.

The following events are also canceled at this time. If I receive word of a reschedule, I will pass it along.

Hockey Game – March 21
Hunters Dinner - March 28
Camping Trip – weekend of March 27

Information regarding summer camp deposits due by March 21st.——-

A $45 check made payable to BSA Troop 132 can be mailed or dropped off to Karen Bianchi, 803 Parkview Rd., Moscow PA. 18444

In addition, merit badge selections can be emailed to Karen bianchi @ KB...@comcast.net

I confirmed with New York Boy Scout council that in the event of a summer camp closure, all deposits will be returned.

*** Finally, I am going to run “unorganized” hikes over the next few weeks (weather permitting) if anyone is interested in joining. Adults and any kids are welcome to join to get fresh air and exercise. These are not official Boy Scout hikes, but I am opening them up to anyone who wishes to tag along. First hike is scheduled Monday, March 16, at 5:30 PM at the North Pocono trail head - across the street from the Moscow sewer authority. We will hike from 5:30-7:00. Feel free to drop off or join.

I will send out a remind notice each morning in case anyone is interested in joining.
