Summer Camp - Payments Due April 27th (LATEST)

Good evening.  I hope this email finds you and your family safe, happy, and healthy.  As of today, summer camp is still on at Ten Mile River and the full payment will be reimbursed if NY State closes camps. I will keep you posted.

If you wish to take advantage of the $50 early bird discount, payments must be received to me no later than April 27th.  Total cost of camp is $440 per scout ($455 for those enrolled in the Trail to Eagle program).  Everyone has paid at least the $45 deposit at this time. So, the remaining balance for most is $395.  Many of you have funds in your scout account with the troop - and can use them for summer camp.  If you need to know how much you have in your account, please message me and I will let you know. 

Please mail a check - payable to BSA Troop 132 to Karen Bianchi, 803 Parkview Road, Moscow PA 18444,  You can also feel free to drop off in my mailbox or on the porch.  

In addition, attached is a list of those scouts who turned in their merit badge choices to me.  Everyone received their first choice classes.  If you are NOT on this list, you need to message me your merit badge choices.  If you need the class schedule, let me know and I can resend.  PLEASE review the classes with your scout.  My helper, Jake, and I did our best to enroll everyone in the right class - but going through texts, emails, paper copies, etc....we might have missed something so PLEASE double check. 

Also, I will be sending out instructions under separate email for pre-reqs that each scout needs to work on.  Some of the pre-reqs take up to 13 weeks to complete, so please don't wait to start!!  :)
