As a registered Merit Badge Counselor for the Law merit badge, I’m offering to instruct to your units. During mandatory office closures, I have a little bit of extra time. I would offer this first come - first served for up to 12 Scouts. It would be offered like Merit Badge College with the understanding that Scouts will complete certain prerequisites and email them to me. I’d really like to get them into a courthouse, which might have to wait until later in the Spring (but school closures should give us some scheduling flexibility). We will also have about 4 hours of classroom training when social distancing rules ease. Scouts would need to get to the Lackawanna County Courthouse on the date we select. For the classroom portion, I can meet with North Pocono kids in my office.
