The Troop is going to Camp Keowa in Ten Mile River Scout Reservation, NY. July 8th thru 14th for summer camp this year.

Cost for camp this year is $350, (Early Bird Discount) if you pay in full by May23rd. After May 23rd the cost is $380
Deposit of $25 is due by March 21st
Balance of $325 is due by May 23rd .(Early Bird Discount )
After May 23rd the cost of Camp is $380 (Full Price)
All scouts and adults going must have a medical form signed by a doctor.
Find attached TMR's medical form , This is the only one they take. note it is 5 pages long.
It is your responsibility to use the correct form.(Scouthouse does not have this form) We have hard copies available at the troop.
All medical forms must be renewed yearly.
Copies of your Medical Insurance Card must be attached
Immunization dates must MUST be written in. Putting" checked or current "in place of the dates is not good enough.
You must turn into the troop, 2 copies of this form. As TMR keeps the copies we give them when we check in. and the troop needs a copy. The troop is not making copies
Mr Ramos is in charge of collecting all medical forms. Any questions see him or myself.
The biggest issue with going to camp are medical forms, please get them turned in ASAP.
Merit Badges This year I must enter your Merit Badge Selections Electronically before Camp . I don't know all the details yet but probably I will need your Merit Badge selections by the 3rd or 4th week of May. I will not be collecting any at our Family picnic in June.
Hopefully I'll be getting the Summer camp information packets to hand out. Check out TMR's web site as all this information is there also.
I've also attached the Merit Badge Schedule and prerequisites
You also will need a troop consent form filled out and turned in.
I'll get prices for the Camp photo and the Friday canoe trip later on.
