Good morning. At this point, the Penguins game is postponed from March 21. See note below. 

Our troop did not purchase the tickets yet. We are anticipating a reschedule of the game and scout night. However, we know the new night might not work for everyone.

At our next scout meeting (separate email will be sent on our meeting schedule and upcoming camping events), you can inform Jim and Christine if you would like the money returned to you via check/cash or deposited into your scout account for future use. We can hold it for the rescheduled game also. Up to you. 

We appreciate your understanding as we work through details.

Good afternoon,

 

I am sending this e-mail to you as a group leader who has seats on reserve for an upcoming game. I wanted to reach out to share developments of breaking news of the AHL suspending the season & operations until further notice. Please note this does not mean the season is canceled, and we are standing by for further updates on what the next move from the league will be.

 

From what I hear, the intention is to resume things with a pushed back schedule. That could of course, change in line with the development of the COVID-19 pandemic.

 

Either way, we will work with groups to determine best option (moving tickets, cancelling, crediting them with a game) once we have a better idea of how things are going to play out.

 

In the meantime, we are just simply on pause, and hope the situation resolves soon! I will be in touch ASAP when news breaks of any developments.
