Hey guys,
I've been talking to UMC about putting on a Cultural Comedy show in April, which would feature Penn cultural, comedy, and performance groups. If enough cultural groups participate, it can be competitive like last comic standing -- the winning group can choose the charity to receive the donation prize. There would also be a pre-show event/mixer at Smoke's. In addition, a couple professional stand-up comedians are interested along with Gutmann's office.
UMC feels that BSA should take the lead on shaping this event, so if you guys are interested in participating in any way, please let me know ASAP. Also, let me know if you are involved in other groups that would like to help plan/market or perform at the event.
Best,
