Hi all,

Dominique De Armond, Penn alumnus and teacher at Huey Elementary, is looking for one or two Bengali-speaking Penn students to help three new immigrant children at the school. If you are interested, and especially if you are available in May or June, please email me at your earliest convenience.

Thanks,

Palak Kundu

Hi June,

My name is Dominique De Armond and I am a Penn alumni as well as a teacher at Huey Elementary, a school at 52nd and Pine.  Jo Park suggested that I contact you regarding the Bengali Students Association at Penn.  I'm reaching out because we have a family who just started in school here and have three children who only speak Bengali.  I was hoping to find one or a couple of Penn students who might be interested in working with our students to help teach them some basics and just give them the ability to communicate with someone at school.

If you know of anyone who might be interested or you have a suggestion of who else I could contact, I would great appreciate it.

Best,
Dominique De Armond
