Hi Partha Da,

I think all decisions regarding BBQ will depend on how much response we receive from our target group that is the undergrads. As we discussed in the meeting, personal communication with undergrads is the only way out now to confirm the attendance. Besides this, passing our group email and club information to freshers through international office might attract some of the new undergrads. As we officially cannot obtain their contact addresses, waiting for them to contact us is the only way to hear from them.

We may and should utilise the opportunity of giving a shout in upcoming orientation week, starting from Monday.

As long as we do not hear much from the undergrads, our planning might be delayed. Alternatively, we can throw this BBQ party just as a get-together of existing members.

Any comment is welcome.

Regards,
Tajin

I agree with Tajin. We should hold the BBQ anyway and hope there are new students shows up. If not we will just have a get together. But we need a total number and for that we need to have a RSVP date set for the event along with event date.

Dear All,

I agree with Tajin Apa and Rahman bhai that BBQ should go ahead with the efforts to have some undergrads on board.

Dear Rahman bhai, as a head of BBQ sub-committee, you may have a mobile conference to fix the modalities.

Thank you Akhtar Bhai. As our last general meeting we had two dates for the BBQ. One was February 26th and another one is 4th March. So I need to know which date we are deciding then we can ask for people to RSVP so we will know the numbesr.

Regards,

Rahman

Dear All,

Nice to have a look the number of senders.
I confess myself that I couldn't put concentration on that though I took the major responsibility to communicate the undergrad students due to my personal business. I am hoping to inform you all the update very soon. I would solemnly request Tadin Apu to contact the ladies  undergrad students. We should propose them these 2 dates (26th Feb and 4th Mar). I will try to communicate rest of the students.

Thanks.

Sincerely
