Stay Aware — Safe Food Is the First Step to a Healthy Life
Good evening everyone,
I hope you are all doing well. I would like to share a short write-up on agriculture, soil, and food safety.
Our food is increasingly becoming contaminated — not only due to excessive pesticide use but also from industrial waste seeping into our soil and water.
Title: Silent Poison: How Our Food Is Losing Its Purity
As we all know, our food may unknowingly contain traces of uranium, thorium, or radium — absorbed from contaminated soil and water. Over time, these radioactive elements can damage the kidneys, bones, and blood, and even increase the risk of cancer.
Let’s stay aware and take simple preventive steps — wash vegetables and fruits thoroughly, and avoid produce grown near polluted or industrial areas.
If I get the time, I may contribute a more detailed write-up on the above-mentioned title.
Safe food begins with awareness.
Warm regards,
Lubna Yeasmin
