Hi Mark,

I realise Phil is away so you have drawn the short straw on this one about corporate planning.  Basically I wanted you to know we are contacting all our friends and asking them to respond to this consultation, and I don't want you to miss this trick for Skomer, especially those collecting long-term data.  I am also keen to demonstrate links beyond Wales.
