Details for the Scout Trip to Appomattox are finalized and are as follows:

*Need to ensure who all is going.  Our confirmed list is within this memo.

* Trip permission form attached …Must be completed and turned in by thurs. 4/9

• Plan to leave the Scout Hall at 4:30 on Friday 4/10 and return Sunday afternoon about 5:00PM
• Estimate between $50- 75$ for spending money. This will include food and souveniers from the event.
• Meal arrangements are as follows:  Friday night…stop in Roanoke for buffet at Golden Corral; Sat and Sunday breakfeast - troop will cook; Sat lunch…on their own from a food vendor at the event.  Sat night- Troop will cook;  Sunday lunch/dinner…Will stop on way home for burger etc..
• Items to bring:

Class A unifom- which we will wear Sat and Sunday!!

Sleeping pad

Sleeping bag,

Water bottle

Rain gear

Flash light

Hiking boots or water proof shoes

Jacket

Personal clothes and gear (tooth brush etc.)

Spending money

Tent assignments will be made on Thurs during meeting..

Drinks and energy bars allowed.
