Need to confirm Thurs night if you plan to help with the food drive.  Mr. Boothe wanted to remind all that Joseph Shaver will be organizing the morning team  ( usually about 3 of the older scouts without adult supervision) . The rest of us need to show up at about 4:30 PM to load the trailer and potentially help unload it if we have plenty of help.  Usually over by 6:00.

Please advise on thurs your plans so pizza and drinks  can be arranged for by the Post Office.

If questions, please advise…Mr. Grubb

The trailers have to be unloaded on Saturday, we have no place to store them.

We can use all the help we can get, you don't have to be a Scout to participate and adults and friends are welcome. Typically we handle about 6,000 to 8,000 pounds of canned food packed into containers that weigh about 20lbs a piece.

Any questions please let me know.

Thanks
