Summer Camp Paperwork

Hi everyone.

Summer camp is starting to get close so it's time to start thinking about the paperwork we're going to need.  Every scout and adult attending camp is required to have a completed medical form on file.  The link to this form is here:

PLEASE NOTE:  Scouts must ONLY complete parts A, B, and C.  Part D is NOT needed.

Also, scouts must complete and submit the OTC form and submit a signed "parental release" form. Both are attached to this e-mail.  I am accepting all of this paperwork starting now, but it must be in hand no later than July 10, the Tuesday before we arrive at camp.  For your convenience, I have also attached a packing list.  Please let me know if you have any questions or comments.

PS - Below is a list of all the scouts who have confirmed they will be attending camp with us this summer.  If you do not see your name on the list, you are not registered for camp!  Please see me ASAP if you still want to go!
