Summer Camp Paperwork

Hi Everyone.

We are now less than 2 weeks away from summer camp!  That means I am starting to get worried about missing paperwork.  Please know, each scout is required to turn in all of these forms.  If they are not complete before we leave Whitinsville on the 15th, your scout will not be allowed to come to camp.  The sooner we can get all of this complete, the easier our departure Sunday morning will be. 

I have attached a list of who has turned in their paperwork.  (titled "Camp Forms Needed")  If there is a mark in the box, I have received that paperwork.  If it is blank, I am still missing it.  I have also attached blank copies of everything.  Please let me know if you have any questions or need anything further.  I will have hard copies of these forms with me at tomorrow night's troop meeting.

OK everybody,

We are officially less than a week away from camp!  I AM STILL MISSING PAPERWORK!!  I am also officially starting to get worried about this.  To those of you who have turned in your paperwork, I appreciate it.  If you have not, I REALLY need you to try and get this to me by tomorrow night.  If you wait until Sunday morning to turn it in, you will delay our departure from the WCC. 

I have attached extra copies to this email.  Please examine the attached "Camp Forms Needed" to see what you owe.  (A "xx"'s in the box indicates I have that particular piece of paperwork.)
