Hi Folks:

Concerning the need for pickup trucks, etc. for Sunday's trip up to Treasure Valley:  Lyle Hamm has secured the use of a large, covered trailer to haul equipment up to camp on Sunday morning.  There is a threat of showers on Sunday, which makes the use of this trailer more desirable.  Lyle will pull the trailer with his truck.

We still need people to help load equipment, especially at the Village Church.  I'm asking volunteers to arrive at the Whitin Community Center at 9:30 a.m. (one half hour earlier than the troop) to help load the equipment into the trailer at that time.

ALSO - WE ARE IN NEED OF TWO TABLES TO BE USED IN THE KITCHEN AREA IN OUR CAMPSITE.  These tables will get a bit dirty and banged up, so they shouldn't be good tables.  If anyone can help with this request, please send me an e-mail (chas...@charter.net).

ALSO - don't forget to pack a lunch for your Scout.  Our first meal at camp is Sunday supper.

Dear Scouting Families:

Thanks to those who have contacted me volunteering to help bring troop gear up to Treasure Valley on Sunday.

Please meet me at 9:30 a.m. at the Whitin Community Center parking lot (one half hour earlier than the report time) and I will send you to one of the places where we have gear to be picked up.

A REMINDER TO EVERYONE:  The first meal we will be served is Sunday supper.  Scouts should bring a lunch with them on Sunday.

Subject: [BSA Troop 155] Pick-up Trucks Needed Saturday and Sunday

Hi Everyone:

Merrill McNelly and I have been working this week on assembling the troop equipment necessary for our week at Treasure Valley, and in particular, all the stuff we need in order to run the meals out of the campsite.

We're going to need some pickup trucks to help get the stuff up there this Sunday and also home next Saturday.

We leave from the Whitin Community Center parking lot around 10 a.m. on Sunday.

We need equipment pickup from the following areas:
1)  from our equipment storage area (the "back room") in the basement of the Village Church.  (Lots of stuff there.)

2) from my house at 261 Carpenter Road.

3) from Merrill's house at 38 Carr Street.

If you could give me a call to discuss this matter, it would be appreciated.

My goal is to take care of this so that Andy doesn't have to worry about it.  (His plate is full!)
