Our quarterly Round Table is scheduled for next Tuesday, November 11th from 6:30 - 8:30 PM at the Central United Methodist Church in Radford.

We will begin with a meet-an-greet from 6:30 - 7:00 and the formal meeting will begin at 7 PM.

The primary goal of this meeting is to discuss with you, the unit leaders, the upcoming unit re-charter process. There are significant changes to the process and timelines this year and we need to communicate these to you so that you have the information you need in order to make this process as smooth as possible.

My request to you is that you have at least one person from your unit at the meeting, either the unit leader, a committee member or the COR. It would be even better if you could get multiple people there so that the information gets back to the unit. District and Council resources are stretched thin so we need to convey the information en-masse as much as possible rather than one-on-one with individual units.

I hope you can make the meet-an-greet but if not please make sure someone from your unit is there for the meeting.
