Fellow Scouters,

 

I hope you are all doing well. University of Scouting is just around the corner and we still don't have many Scouters signed up for classes. The on time deadline for sign up is 11/10/14. There are a lot of great classes being offered this year besides the normal mandatory ones. Please pass the word to your troops again about this upcoming training event. Let your leaders know that by attending this training they can also work on earning their Scouter's Training Awards. I have attached the University of Scouting 2014 registration form, class listings and one addendum. The addendum is a class being taught by Ron Ramsey on HAM radio. I've also attached the applications for the Scouter's Training Awards for Boy Scouts as well as Cub Scouts. I'm sure you are all busy this time of year with your troops as I am with mine, but every bit of training we take as leaders helps us to enhance our Scouts experience in Scouting. Remember...EVERY Scout deserves a trained Leader! Thank you for your time and for everything you do for Scouting!
