Need two volunteers for JArod Kesters Eagle BOR on Tuesday of next week!

Dear Troop,

I am writing to get two volunteers for Jarods Eagle Scout Board of
Review. His application has been approved by council and sent back to
us for the BOR. Mike Browning from Council will be there, as will I.
It has tentatively been scheduled for 7, but if need be we can
reschedule in order to make it possible for enough people to attend.
Please let me know if you can take part in this important event in the
life of our troop, and if the 7 time works for you or if you need it
changed. I look forward to hearing from you.

Jim,

You answered me just in time! I was composting an email to mike to postpone it to week after next. Jarod was very sad that no one had stepped forward to do it for him. He has his interview tomorrow, and he wanted to say the BOR had a set date to make it sound more certain, than a general 'in process of scheduling' response may sound like. It may amount to nothing, but hey, it is his chance at the brass ring he has hoped for since middle school, so I am going to do whatever I can to help. He will be very glad to hear it is a go! 

Jarod's eagle BOR is at the Snowville Ruritan Tuesday at 7. Look forward. To seeing you and momma, and anybody else that wants to come there!

Ethan and Ben can go, but they will need a ride since we will be in Richmond.
