Hello New River Scouters,

 

Attached is the flyer information for the New River Bowl-a-Rama happening at the NRV Superbowl on November 15^th.  Please use the attached registration form to register your Packs and Troops with Susan at the council office by the Nov 12^th deadline.  Getting all the registrations in by this date helps us greatly in designating lane assignments and pulling everyone’s shoes in advance so your ready to go when you arrive.  Parents can register individually, however, if Packs/Troops plan to attend together, it will greatly help us if they register as units.  We just want to make sure that everyone that wants to bowl together, gets to, within reason.

 

Also, please make sure to communicate to your parents that the $4 snack meal is optional and not included in the registration cost to bowl at the event.  This meal deal is simply an option for those parents who wish to take advantage of it. Therefore, please make sure they know this before you ask them the question: Hot dog or Pizza?  The NRV Superbowl has asked that we include the preferences of participants wanting this meal deal on our registration form only so they can be prepared and have enough food for these individuals. The $4 for these meals should not be paid with registration to Susan, but instead by parents at the bowling alley on the day of the event when ordering their food.
