Hello co-sponsors:
Thanks again for agreeing to working with us on Brown Sugar this Saturday. Please read over the responsibilities you have as cosponsors below:
- Punctual people ready to dance: Confirm with us by Friday, 5pm, the names of five people who will be able to show up punctually at 10pm to fill up the dance floor. Again, nothing scares away people like seeing an empty party scene!
- Pregames: Update us by Thursday night with your plans on pre-games. If you would like to hold a joint pre-game with other co-sponsors, go for it! If you need help getting in contact with the leadership of other co-sponsors, let us know and we will get you in touch.
- Tickets: At this point we have tickets for all of you to sell (10 per organization). We have been able to get these to most groups, but if you have still not received them, email me asap. Remember that tickets are $5 in advance and $7 at the door so definitely get your board/membership/friends to buy early while they are still cheap. Return unsold tickets/money to us by 9:45pm, Saturday.
Email me with any questions, comments, and/or concerns. If for any reason you cannot fulfill one of the tasks above, let me know as soon as possible. Also, make sure to follow up with your boards when asking them to sign up for things. We look forward to working with you and hope the collaboration amongst our groups can become an established force on campus through this annual, multicultural event!
Best,
