Hey Guys,

Don't forget to setup a meeting with the person taking your position next year! Remember to cc Fay and I in the emailing.

Also, make sure to write up institutional memory reports to give to the new board member. Include:

• Position responsibilities
• Passwords for email accounts
• Advice for next year
• Mistakes you made
• Ideas/events that you were not able to get done that you would have like to
• Something you wish you knew earlier in the year

Please don't forget to give them this! It will be very helpful for the coming year!
