Hola ABWH and BSA,

This is Veronica, president of Fuerza Latina.  Tonight is the big event and we've noticed you all have been kind of MIA lately.  It may have been a communication error or a really busy week, but either way, It's not too late to get involved and really make this event as big as it promises to be.  

Please get back to me ASAP as to your pre-game plans.  An idea could be to pair up together and do a joint one. Also, please make sure to have 5 people on time at 10pm to help fill the dance floor, and make sure your boards have signed up for the following lists:

guys, tiff and I are signed up to man the doors so other people need to sign up to clean up afterwards, and they also asked for a couple of people from every board to be there when the party starts at 10, so that an empty room doesn't scare people away...

Basically, if you're not working the doors, sign up on the list Tiff just sent out because we have no one signed up under BSA and we look trife. Everyone needs to contribute please.
