Now that classes are done, I hope you can take the time to please send Institutional Memory Reports to the new board members! They would be really helpful! See below if you forgot what you should include.

Hey Guys,

Don't forget to setup a meeting with the person taking your position next year! Remember to cc Fay and I in the emailing.

Also, make sure to write up institutional memory reports to give to the new board member. Include:

• Position responsibilities
• Passwords for email accounts
• Advice for next year
• Mistakes you made
• Ideas/events that you were not able to get done that you would have like to
• Something you wish you knew earlier in the year

Please don't forget to give them this! It will be very helpful for the coming year!
