As I walk the neighborhood several times a day with Jersey, I’ve had the chance to chat with others out and about. Most have issues with the management of our development..but many fall into the category of lack of communication or transparency. Lots to do with landscaping and even wanting Comcast back..and why do the fees rise so rapidly without any noticeable changes.

I am running for the board to get the community involved and help solve some of the problems we all care about.

it is probably too late for you to submit a resume, but if you have one, I can post it to the google group that I established. If you let the owners know what your goals are for the HOA, it is more helpful than just a resume. Let me know if you want to do this. thanks, Nancy
