Water Main Break Kilmer and Laurel

Massive water main break at Kilmer and Laurel, please avoid the area. Laurel is closed between Lombard and Kilmer, Kilmer is closed between Laurel and 63rd, and 63rd/62nd may be closing soon due to concern about sinkholes.

We know this is snarling school drop off traffic, thanks for your patience.

For anyone whose house or grounds are damaged, we will have WSSC's customer advocate on hand to discuss how they can make it right.

I suspect once they turn off the water it will impact a lot of houses, so please be prepared for water outage.
