brown brook crossing

Im interested in any suggestions anyone has to repair the crossing of
brown brook at the mt kineo trail. I plan to put in a permenent
bridge when i can get permission from the forest service. either
email me or post here

Not much I can add to this discussion as I am not really familiar with
this crossing.

By the way how much snow has arrived since last Sunday? It has been
kind of wet down in Mass and I have been hearing about SNOW up north!

If we put winpenny's 3 wheeler in the brook and shovel snow around it,
it might hold up as a crossing for the rest of the winter,,,

I tried walking accross the normal crossing on Saturday and fell
through,
so I put a stick there to mark it as a hazard. I also walked the
detour to
give someone a hint as to the path to take.

Yesterday, someone went over the regular crossing spot.
Yikes.
I'm not sure if they realized how close they were to going for
a swim!
