Please update [and highlight changes (only) in] your Monthly Progress Report (your respective portion only) and the attached appendices for the month ending 30 September 2023 and submit to us by 5.00pm, Tuesday 26 September 2023 for our compilation and onward submission to IRDA.

**Please condense/summarise your reports older than 3 months and remove old stories. The report should be current dated to 6 months.

MPR HSS - 20230930 (please rename in your dept/company's name)

Appendix 1 - Stakeholder Matrix - please submit your updates to Syarinal and cc to me

Appendix 2 - Risk Register (Rev 10) please review and update.
