Why do some site not work with scroll to top. Amazon.com, Facebook.com, homedepot.com to name a few? What can I do to make this work? I love this extension and really want this working on all sites. These are not in my blocked list as I do not have any.

Amazon and Facebook work for me. Can't access Homedepot even via VPN. Can you give specific pages where it doesn't work? Does left bar appear and doesn't do anything, or it doesn't appear at all?
