Colours in tabs not working properly

Hi, 

It seems that the theme is not working properly in my Chrome. The neon colour is not reaching the top of the tab (not filling it completely). The neon in the new tab underneath the bookmarks bar is working just fine, it's just the colours in the tabs.

I've attached a screenshot to show. 

I really like this theme but this bothers me quite a bit, would be a shame to remove this theme :(
